MR. JAVED  M. KHATIB

Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd was started in 1997 by Mr. Javed M. Khatib. With a strong martial arts background, he started a revolutionary organization with the prime motive of improving it and changing the existing security scenario.

A Graduate from Karnataka University and a Black Belt Second Dan, Mr. Javed M. Khatib is the Chairman and Managing Director of Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. With a diploma in computer science and over 15 years of experience in various faculties of Marketing & Security, he is also the Director of Sagasys Infotech Pvt. Ltd, a software firm developing ERP solutions, Sagasys Human Resource Pvt. Ltd, a technical manpower outsourcing company and the Managing Director of One Stop Facilities Pvt. Ltd, a facility management company.

MS. SHABANA  J. KHATIB

With a graduate from Karnataka University in Psychology, and a qualification in Life Skills from Banjara Academy Ms. Shabana is a smart and patient individual with the remarkable talent of carefully listening to what others have to say first. Having a strong belief in "quality manpower", all of Ms. Shabana's efforts are focused towards counseling, training and life skills of her staff so as to empathize and increase moral support among the clients. Dedicated to the industry, this soft spoken lady spearheads the team with a distinct sense of command and confidence.

OPERATIONAL TEAM

The operational team is headed by Commander (Retd.) Joseph Peter from the Indian Armed Forces. An executive Commander in the Indian Navy of the rank of Joint Director in the Government of India, Ministry of Defense, he has over 38 years of experience in the field. He is in charge of General Administration, Management and overall co-ordination of man power planning and recruitment and their deployment, performance evaluation, training and transfers. Under him, there are three Area Managers and three Training Officers; all of them are Ex-Army with years of experience. The Area Managers are further supported by adequate numbers of Field Officers and Night Patrolling Officers.
